in a hurry? In addition to standard ground shipping we also offer 3-day,
2-day and Next-Day shipping to all locations in the continental 48
states. 3-day, 2-day and Next-day shipping charges are determined at
checkout based on weight and location.
Your order is processed immediately
and usually shipped (M-F) within 24 hours in most cases. Many times your
order is shipped the same day we receive it.

Will I be able to track the progress of my shipment?
Yes! You will receive an email to let you know that we have received and
are preparing your order for shipment. As soon as your package leaves
our building you will receive another email with a tracking number to
allow you to track your cocktail ingredients as they make their way to
your doorstep.
What will appear on my credit card statement?
You will see a charge from “Stirrings” on your monthly statement.
Which credit cards do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover & American Express.
How long will it take for my package to arrive once it has left
your warehouse?
If you have selected Standard Ground Shipping please
use this chart for the approximate time in transit from our warehouse in
Massachusetts.
*Please note that we are not responsible for delays in shipment outside
of our control (i.e. snow), an incorrect shipping address or if you are
not available to accept your delivery.

A Problem With Your Order?
In the event of any questions or problems with your order or if the
product received was defective or damaged please contact our Customer
Service Department immediately upon receipt. We will make every effort

How Do I Return a Package?
If you need to return your merchandise, please contact StirringsShop.com
within 10 days of receipt by calling 1-866-646-4266 or by emailing
CustomerCare@StirringsShop.com. Our customer service department will
provide you with a Return Authorization Number and instructions on how
to ship your merchandise back to us for a prompt refund.
We offer a 10-DAY return policy on all of our products in new and unused
condition for a refund of the purchase price less the cost of shipping.
(If your item came with a free gift, the gift must also be returned in
new, unused condition to receive a full refund). For your protection,
please ship the item, along with a copy of the packing
slip.

Items that are not in new condition or have been used will not be
